Does anyone have Dimitar Berbatov's email address? I need to tell him he owes me £53 - I had a bet on him to score the last goal in the Champions League Final in a 2-1 win to Barcelona. Barcelona did their bit, going 2-0 up; Fergie did his bit, bringing Berbatov on from the bench; just daft old Berby couldn't get his header on target from a corner in the 86th minute. He owes me......
United deserved to lose, they were rubbish for the last 82 minutes of that game. Tee-hee, couldn't happen to a nicer team ;-) Still only two European Cups behind Liverpool, then...

A big day for Lara (and Papa)
Today's been the day I've been looking forward to for ages - Lara's hair is long enough to put in bunches! Olga achieved what has so far been impossible for me, and it was a lovely surprise when I came home from work. Firstly she was standing on our (very wide!) windowsill, banging on the window at me when I got out of the car, then once I got inside, she just looked soooo cute! If anything, she looks a little older, and certainly a little.. erm... more "cherubic", shall we say!?

Bank Holiday weekend
We drove up to Radcliffe early on Saturday morning to see Grandma and Grandad, the weather was a bit grey on Saturday but absolutely lovely on Sunday. It was great to be able to let Lara run about in the back garden, playing with Mishka. She enjoys playing fetch with him, and throws the ball equally well left and right handed:
My aunt and uncle came round, and we had a lovely BBQ in the sun - the only person who had suncream on was Lara, so both Olga and I got rather toasted. Olga and I went out for drinkies in Bury in the evening, Lara behaved perfectly and slept, well, like a baby. She did enjoy getting up early though, by her standards, at 6am on Sunday morning and although she woke at 6am on Monday, she very kindly went back to sleep in her cot until 7.40.
