Nice Weather for Ducks

We had a couple of new visitors to our garden yesterday morning, in the rain. Mr & Mrs Mallard arrived, and spent a good few hours pottering around. It looked like they were ready to set up home, which might have been an interesting decision if I let Mishka out... but I didn't, of course, and they were gone by the time I got home from work. They've been added to the list of wildlife seen in the garden now though, so far this includes foxes, deer, woodpeckers, and we'll count the Red Kites that fly quite low overhead.
